Sales leadership involves many behaviors -- teamwork, problem solving, coaching, decision-making, and much more. You bring to your career a unique perspective on leadership. This Questionnaire assesses your attitudes, behaviors, and values so that you may better understand not only your own leadership potential within a sales organization, but also the kinds of training and experience you may need to maximize your abilities.
Your responses to this Questionnaire are confidential. There are no right or wrong answers.Directions:
- Please answer every question. Do not skip any or leave any answer blank. If none of the choices is completely satisfactory, choose one that most nearly describes your response. Leaving an answer blank could skew results worse than an occasional uncertain response.
- Do not discuss your answers with anyone while taking the Questionnaire. Avoid distractions if at all possible. You must complete the on-line test at one sitting.
- Although there is no time limit to complete the assessment, some questions will have time restrictions.
- Do NOT click the Back button on your browser. You will have one chance only to answer each question. Trying to go back will invalidate your answers and you will have to re-do the assessment.
- Whenever possible, your answers should reflect what you actually do or have done on the job. Try to avoid hypothetical answers as much as possible. The more honest your answers, the more you will likely benefit.
- When you have finished, be sure you go to Question 118 and click the Finish button. If you do not click "Finish," your results will not be processed and you will have to re-take the survey.
- Special Note: Because Internet connections can be unstable, we strongly suggest you record your answers on a piece of paper as you work through the questions. That way, if you are interrupted, you'll be able to re-record your answers with a minimum of frustration.
